Dr. Mostafa Al-Shamy is a visionary leader, seasoned auditor, and consultant specializing in Enterprise Governance of IT (EGIT) and respective fields including, IT Service Management (ITSM), Information Security Management (ISM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Digital Transformation (DT) among others. He is the Founder and CEO of GRC Castle, a premier service provider established to empower organizations in the USA and globally to navigate complex regulatory landscapes. GRC Castle enables organizations to deeply understand their specific needs and regulatory requirements, providing the structured path necessary to achieve their strategic objectives through integrated management systems.
In addition to his leadership at GRC Castle, Dr. Al-Shamy serves as the Chief Consulting Officer at EGYBYTE and CEO of Ofouq Integrated Solutions, where he oversees certification audits against ISO standards on behalf of MSECB across the MENA region and beyond. He holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport (AAST), with research focused on leveraging knowledge for organizational transformation through the development of EGIT maturity models.
